The Banished Knight’s Greatsword is one of the many Greatswords found in Elden Ring. It scales with Dexterity and Strength. It’s an easy entry to the Greatsword class as it generally requires no investment in Dexterity to wield. The Banished Knight’s Greatsword shares an alternate unique moveset with the Knight’s Greatsword and the Inseparable Sword.
A finely-crafted greatsword intricately engraved with an ancient motif. Given to knights who, whether by misfortune or misdeed, were forced to abandon their homes. Most of these knights were sent to the fringes, where they were forced to start anew with only despair for company.

Where to find the Banished Knight’s Greatsword
The Banished Knight’s Greatsword can be found as a drop from the Banished Knight enemy. Banished Knights can be found and fought in Castle Sol, in the Mountaintops of the Giants.
The earliest location to obtain the Banished Knight’s Greatsword is from the respawning Banished Knight in the Cathedral of Dragon Communion in Caelid. Use the Site of Grace here to respawn the enemy until you acquire the Greatsword.
