Take the north exit from the Fighal Icecaps to reach the Faldies Ruins. Once inside, continue to head north until you trigger the Skit: Faldies Ruins. There are 2 rooms to the north here, the westernmost one contains our next Katz Box and the other contains an Arcane Bottle. Grab them both and then head through the northeast exit to the next area.

Head down the western branch and light the two candles here to unlock the door. Head through the door and take the stairs down. Here you’ll trigger the next Skit: Laphicet’s Speculation, immediately head through the door to the north of you into the next room. In one of the most northeastern rooms here, you’ll find the Red Nor Doll next to a chest containing 3800 Gald. Grab the doll to trigger another Skit: Very Angry Letter. To the south is a chest containing a Saturn Satchel, once you’re done in this area, head back to the previous one and then back upstairs to the main hall.

This time make your way across to the eastern side of the area, light the two candles here to unlock the door and head down the stairs. Take the door immediately north of you into one of the offshoots of the main area, here you’ll find the Geotree for the area, and two chests containing Runner’s High and a Mellow Fluid. Grab the chests and then head back out of this room and start to move south.

You’ll come across a chest containing a Holy Bottle. Continue to follow the passage and you’ll reach another warded door. The side passage to the east of the door holds the first candle you’ll need to light, and the second is found by continuing to follow the passage to the west. You’ll also come across a chest containing an All-Divide, grab it and then head back to the warded door. On the way back take the western side path near the warded door to find more candles you can light to open up the way.

Head down the stairs that are past the warded door and continue to press forward for a scene and a Boss Battle.

Tales Of Berseria - Praetor Boss Battle

Be careful with this fight, the large area of effect spells that the three Praetors cast, can do tremendous damage to your whole group. You want to target one of the Praetor’s right from the start and beat them down quickly. Leaving all three on the field for any length of time, can cause huge issues for your party.

After the battle, both the east and west paths contain a candle you’ll need to light. There is also a chest near the exit containing a Force Ring. Grab everything and then head through the door into the next area. Here you’ll need to light the two candles scattered amongst the pillars to be able to head through the next door. Grab the chest with the Life Bottle before heading into the next area.

Down here you’ll find four candles to light to open the way forward. Head through for another scene and a Boss Battle.

Focus on removing the Golems first, then your party can focus entirely on Medissa. Most of her attacks can cause Paralysis and she has an ability “Gorgon’s Gaze” that can petrify a party member for awhile. You can sidestep this ability if you see it coming, but otherwise try to focus on targeting her weaknesses and take her down as quickly as possible.

After the battle take the exit to the east, light the two candles to continue forward and return to the entryway and out into the Fighal Icecaps again.

From here return to the entrance of Hellawes for another Skit: Eleanor’s Heart. Once you arrive back in the town you’ll trigger a scene and return to Titania.

Tales of Berseria - Skits List for Titania

Upon returning to Titania you’ll trigger a scene and the Skit: Memories of a Mother. Head inside Titania and into the next area, along the way you’ll trigger the Skit: What Are Mothers Like? Head through the east exit to view a scene with Kurogane. Head back one screen and take the south path, to the western exit, along the way you’ll trigger the Skit: Matching Charms. Continue on and climb the watch tower to meet with Grim. Here you’ll trigger the Skit: Counting Song, Second Verse after the scenes, make your way to the Docks to view another scene between Kamoana and Medissa. You’ll also trigger the Skits: *Sigh*…*Siiiiigh*…Oh….., The Ancient Book is a Copy, and Fishing Competition Results.

Once they have all played out, head inside Titania and go up the stairs and into the next area, head to the event bubble and speak to Kamoana to trigger another Skit: Dyle’s Molting. Afterward, make your way again to the Front Docks and speak to the sailors here to unlock another Class 4 Zone (Winged Quarter).

Class 4 Administrative Zone – Winged Quarter

Head straight up and interact with the black smoke to start the battle. For winning the battles you’ll recieve a Force Ring. Head back and board the ship, make for Port Cadnix.

Optional Quests

Grab the Geotree by the Dock and then head into the Inn, here you can speak with a Pirate to learn about a Daemon in Vortigern that wants to fight Shigure. Use your Inoph Bottle to Teleport to Lothringen, outside the gates to Lothringen, take the exit back towards the Burnack Plateau and then continue north. Grab the Geotree here and head through the gate, head north into Vortigern.

Continue North until you come to the room with multiple exits, take the eastern one. Climb the ladders, and enter the door, climb another ladder onto the roof to find a Boss Battle.

Lancelot is a very difficult fight. He has incredibly high defensive stats, so you’ll need to focus on targetting his weaknesses in order to be able to really do much damage. This will be a long fight as well due to the combination of high defence and high hp. Focus on sidestepping his attacks and making sure your group doesn’t clump so his attacks wont catch multiple members at once. If he attacks a stunned party member he has a chance to inflict instant death on them, so try to keep him away from allies who are stunned. Keep the pressure on him, and keep your HP topped up, eventually you should come out on top.

After the battle you’ll trigger the Skit: Rangetsu Swords. Make your way back to Reneed and speak to the Code Red Hunt NPC to turn in the latest hunts, then head to the Docks and speak to Benwick to head for our next destination Taliesin.


Taliesin and Aball Tales of Berseria

Next, we land in the seaside town of Taliesin before making our way back to Aball.

Potentites Received: Armory Acerite V, Celestial Glacite, Elemental-Attuned Glacite, Mirrored Glacite, and the Miser’s Glacite.
