Iron Greatsword Guide
The Iron Greatsword is one of the many Greatswords found in Elden Ring. It scales with Strength and Dexterity. This weapon, while quite powerful, is difficult to obtain, due to being a rare drop from a tough enemy in Elden Ring.

Where to find the Iron Greatsword
The Iron Greatsword can be obtained as a drop from the Misbegotten enemies who wield it. There are two locations that are easiest to access to find and try to farm this weapon:
- The first place is in Leyndell the Royal Capital, follow the path towards the Forbidden Lands from the Avenue Balcony Site of Grace, to encounter two Misbegotten enemies. Defeat them to have a chance at acquiring the Iron Greatsword as a drop.
- The second place is in Miquella’s Haligtree. You’ll find the Misbegotten Warrior to the north of the Haligtree Town Plaza Site of Grace. Since he is so close to the Site of Grace, this is an ideal farming location for the sword.
- Note: This location is also unaffected by the world transition late-game.

Weapon Requirements
The Iron Greatsword requires 18 Strength and 10 Dexterity to wield, it begins with a C Scaling in Strength and an E Scaling in Dexterity.

The Iron Greatsword can be infused with other Ashes of War as well as enchanted with Spells and buffed by items.
