Our next Optional Quest in Monster Hunter World Iceborne is the quests, Legiana Left Behind. We’re headed to the Coral Highlands to face off against a Master-Rank Legiana.

Due to the Legiana migrating to the Hinterlands, there has been a shortage of specimens to study in the Coral Highlands. However, a straggler has been spotted recently. We can’t let this opportunity go to waste!

Master-Rank Legiana can be quite a nuisance, consider bringing armor with high amounts of Ice Resistance, to help nullify its attacks. It will also inflict Iceblight which will deplete your stamina, counter this with a stock of Nulberries, or bring the skill Blight Resistance. Alternatively, if you can increase your Ice Resistance above 20 it should make you immune to the effects of Iceblight.

Legiana is weak to Thunder and Fire elements. Its weak points are the head, wings, and tail. You can break the head, wings, body, and sever the tail.
