Nargacuga Investigation Monster Hunter World Iceborne

Our next quest in Monster Hunter World Iceborne is an Expedition into the Ancient Forest, we’re looking for signs of new monster activity. Follow your Scout flies to be led from clue to clue, until you reach the first undercover area in the Ancient Forest. Here you’ll be confronted by one of the game’s new monsters, the Nargacuga. Luckily for us, we don’t actually have to fight this guy now. This will unlock the next Assignment Quests for us though. We’ll be hunting a Nargacuga and a Glavenous, as well as collecting Velkhana Tracks. The Velkhana Tracks will pose no problem to gather if you continue to do a couple of quests and simply keep an eye out.

Watch the cutscenes and continue to grind out any quests you have left. Nargacuga is a real challenge to fight and you’ll want to go into the fight properly equipped. It is weak to Thunder and Fire elements, so if you need to now is the time to upgrade your weapons of these elements.
