Our next Optional Quest in Monster Hunter World Iceborne is the High-Rank quest, A Portent Of Disaster. We're headed back to the Ancient Forest to hunt a Kushala Daora, one of the Elder Dragons. This quest rewards you with the Apothecary Mantle, a new Mantle that increases the speed that you will inflict status effects on monsters. This quest is unlocked after reaching level 6 Research Level for 7 different monsters.
