This quest rewards an incredibly useful Antidote Jewel + 4, this jewel gives the skill Poison Resistance + 2 and takes up a four slot on your armor. You're going to start running into a few monsters with the new Noxious Poison status, you'll want to add this jewel to your loadouts.
