Completing this quest unlocks the Health Booster + Upgrade. To unlock this quest you must have completed the Master-Rank quests; Fools Mate, and Pink Power Grab.
Our next Optional Quest in Monster Hunter World Iceborne is called A Queen At Heart. We're off to the Wildspire Wastes to hunt this Master-Rank Rathian. This quest rewards an incredibly useful Antidote Jewel + 4, this jewel gives the skill Poison Resistance + 2 and takes up a four slot on your armor. You're going to start running into a few monsters with the new Noxious Poison status, you'll want to add this jewel to your loadouts.
