Two Horned Hostility Monster Hunter World Optional Quest

Our next Optional Quest in Monster Hunter World is called “Two Horned Hostility”. This is potentially our first run in with the Black Variant of Diablos. Fun Fact: Black Diablos is actually the female of the species!

Regular Diablos can be tough to fight, Black Diablos is even more so. Expect faster speed, more aggression and harder hits. She has two elemental weaknesses, being Ice and Water. She is also resistant to Fire and Dragon elements, so don’t make a tough fight harder by bringing along the wrong weapons.

The weak points to aim for include; the head, chest, and wings. You can break the Horns, body and sever the tail on a Black Diablos as well. Breaking the Horns can happen several times, as the first break destroy’s one horn, and then a second break will destroy the second.
