This battle features a tutorial for Mystic Artes, similar to Limit Breaks if you’ve played any of the Final Fantasy’s. Velvets main method of attack for this fight will need to be the move Mega Sonic Thrust to score decent damage with this boss. Try to avoid the boss’s big attacks and get around to his side or back to launch your attacks, these positions will give you the best stun chances. Use your new Mystic Artes abilities to deal additional damage when you get the chance as well.
Once the fight is over the skit, The Van Eltia Charges will play followed by a cutscene.
