A Line In The Sand Optional Quest Monster Hunter World Iceborne

Our next optional quest in Monster Hunter World Iceborne is the Master-Rank quest, A Line In The Sand. We’re off to the Wildspire Wastes to hunt a Diablos.

Diablos is a tough one to fight at Master-Rank, you’ve fought him before so you know what to expect, but he will still be an extremely aggressive and hard-hitting foe. Make sure you bring traps to slow him down.

Diablos is weak to Ice, Dragon, Water, and Thunder elements. Its weakest points are the head, wings, and chest area. You can break or sever its horn, body, and tail.

Remember that all variations of Diablos are much easier to deal with when they are exhausted, if you can kite it around the arena to tire it out at the start of the fight you will have an easier time dealing with it.
