Tingling Taste Optional Quest Monster Hunter World

A Tingling Taste is an Optional Quest in Monster Hunter World. We’re headed to the Rotten Vale to hunt a Great Girros. Great Girros is typically found wandering around the lower levels of the Rotten Vale, usually trailed by a group of smaller Girros monsters.

Great Girros is weak against Water, Fire and Ice elemental attacks. His weak points are the Head and Tail. The head and front claws are breakable and the tail can be severed as well.

Great Girros has the ability to inflict paralysis with its bite attacks. The Rotten Vale itself also has effluvia that will drain your health in the areas that Great Girros typically hangs out in, so be careful. Skills like Paralysis Resistance and Effluvia Resistance can be very helpful if you are having difficulty with him.
