Anjanath Antics Monster Hunter World Iceborne Optional Quest

Our next Optional Quest in Monster Hunter World Iceborne is called Anjanath Antics. We’re headed to the Ancient Forest to hunt a Master-Rank Anjanath.

Anjanath at Master-Rank has more health and is more aggressive, beyond that you shouldn’t really have any issues with him. Since it is still early in Master-Rank if you need armor with more Fire Resistance, either add a bunch of gems or craft some of the Bone Armour. The materials for a set of Bone Alpha + Armour can be gathered from bone piles in all the different maps.

An easy way of exploiting Anjanath’s weaknesses as well is to seek out Master-Rank parts to craft Water element weapons from Gajau Catfish and Jyuratodus in the Wildspire Waste. By slaying both of these monsters you should unlock the materials to create Master-Rank Water elemental weapons.

Anjanath is weakest to Water, Thunder, Ice and Dragon elements. Its weak points are the head and tail. The head, tail (severable) and feet are all breakable as well.
