Fungal Frustrations – Monster Hunter Rise

Our next quest in Monster Hunter Rise is the 1-Star Quest, Fungal Frustrations. This time we’re headed off to the Shrine Ruins to collect 8 Unique Mushrooms from various points.

I’ve been dreaming of opening my own restaurant, but I spent so much time experimenting with the menu that I ran out of ingredients! I’ll never be able to open if I don’t get some more. Think you can help me out?

Monster Hunter Rise Quest Description

You’ll want to check your map. For this quest, there should be circles around the areas you can find the Unique Mushrooms. You’ll be gathering from Mushroom Colonies which will contain the Unique Mushroom Quest Items we are looking for. Once you’ve gathered all 8 of them you’ll automatically end the quest, so no need to return to camp and turn them in. Each Mushroom Colony should yield 2 Unique Mushrooms as well, which means you should only need to collect from 4 to finish the quest.

This is another excellent opportunity to reveal more sections of the map if you haven’t done so yet.
