Occupational Hazards – Monster Hunter Rise
Our next quest in Monster Hunter Rise is the 7-Star Hub Quest, Occupational Hazards. We’re off to the Flooded Forest to hunt a Rajang and a Zinogre. You’ll find the location of them both highlighted on the map so they will be no issue to track down.
I love when monsters keep destroying my carts and my livelihood – said no trader ever! First a Lagombi, then a Diablos, then two Volvidon, and NOW a Rajang and Zinogre! I just want, for once, to get from point A to point B without getting beat up by monsters!
Monster Hunter Rise
Rajang is a Fanged Beast Class Monster found in the Shrine Ruins, Frost Islands, Sandy Plains, Flooded Forest, and Lava Caverns. It is weak to Ice and Water elemental damage.
Carves, Drops, and Rewards for slaying a High-Rank Rajang can include; Rajang Blackfur, Rajang Claw +, Rajang Fang +, Rajang Tail, Gold Rajang Pelt, Beast Gem, Great Stoutbone, Rajang Horn +, and Large Beast Tear.

Zinogre
Zinogre is a Fanged Wyvern Class Monster found in the Shrine Ruins and Flooded Forest. It is weak to Ice, Water, and Fire elemental damage.
When Zinogre eventually reaches its charged state, you can try to knock it out of it by staggering it. Just be aware that it gains new attacks, as well as more speed and damage in this state. While charged it can also destroy Shock Traps. If you struggle with its charged state, you can also choose to simply wait it out.
Carves, Drops, and Rewards for slaying a High-Rank Zinogre can include; Zinogre Carapace, Zinogre Electrofur, Zinogre Shocker +, Zinogre Tail, Fulgurbug, Zinogre Plate, Zinogre Jasper, Zinogre Horn +, Zinogre Claw +, Wyvern Tear, and Large Wyvern Tear.
