Powerup Part M Guide

Powerup Part M is a crafting material in Nier Automata. Crafting materials are used in upgrading your Pods and Weapons. They can be obtained as drops by defeating enemies, randomly on the map as a glowing point, or bought in stores in various locations.

Where to Find Powerup Part M

Powerup Part M can be obtained by unlocking locked chests in the following locations:

• Flooded City:
  • Find the Locked Chest just outside the fourth elevator in the Soul Box Recovery Unit, this is during the quest called “Obtain Keys” which occurs during Route C.
• Forest Zone:
  • Go to the Forest Center Access Point as 9S. Follow the river down to a large drop off. Here you can find a ledge on the right you can drop onto, follow the path to eventually reach the chest.
• Copied City:
  • As 9S go to where you fought Adam, continue straight down the path to find a set of chests, one containing the Powerup Part M.

Upgrades Requiring Powerup Part M

The following upgrades require a Powerup Part M:

• Pod A – Upgrades require 1x Powerup Part M
• Pod B – Upgrades require 1x Powerup Part M
• Pod C – Upgrades require 1x Powerup Part M
