Monster Hunter Rise

Zinogre

Zinogre is a Fanged Wyvern Class Monster found in the Shrine Ruins and Flooded Forest. It is weak to Ice, Water, and Fire elemental damage.

All three monsters have a shared Ice weakness, so if your going to come equiped with an elemental weapon, thats the way to go. Zinogre and Anjanath are easily the most dangerous of the three monsters, so taking them out first should be top priority.

Dont forget that the monsters will fight each other when lured close together so use that to your advantage. Once one is weakened you can use your Wyvern Riding to join to the fight and put out some damage to the other monsters. Due to the time limit, and the fact you still need to defeat three monsters, you can’t really afford to sit back and let them fight it out for too long before you also jump in.

If Zinogre reaches his charged state you’ll need to try to knock him down for a chance to remove the effect from him.

Carves, Drops, and Rewards for slaying a High-Rank Zinogre can include; Zinogre Carapace, Zinogre Electrofur, Zinogre Shocker +, Zinogre Tail, Fulgurbug, Zinogre Plate, Zinogre Jasper, Zinogre Horn +, Zinogre Claw +, Wyvern Tear, and Large Wyvern Tear.

Anjanath

Anjanath is a Brute Wyvern Class Monster found in the Shrine Ruins, Sandy Plains, Flooded Forest, and Lava Caverns. It is weak to Water, Ice, and Thunder elemental damage.

Anjanath will be most dangerous when he is enraged. His sliding attacks have enourmous reach and he’ll be able to initiate them from quite far away. Try and primarily focus on both Anjanath and Zinogre at the start of the fight to bring their health pools down. Once one has been defeated, simply switch and target the other.

Carves, Drops, and Rewards for slaying a High-Rank Anjanath can include; Anjanath Pelt +, Anjanath Scale +, Anjanath Nosebone +, Anjanath Tail, Anjanath Plate, Anjanath Gem, Inferno Sac, Anjanath Fang +, Wyvern Tear, and Large Wyvern Tear.

Mizutsune

Mizutsune is a Leviathan Class Monster found in the Shrine Ruins, Frost Islands, and Flooded Forest. It is weak to Thunder, Dragon, and Ice elemental damage.

By the time it is only Mizutsune left, she should be quite weakened. If you’re having difficulty with the Bubble status, you can use a cleanser to remove it. Other than that simply do what we’ve always done with Mizutsune. Avoid her high pressure water jets by moving behind her. Try to break her head to cause her to sometimes fail the water jet attacks as well.

Carves, Drops, and Rewards for slaying a High-Rank Mizutsune can include; Mizutsune Scale +, Mizutsune Purple +, Mizutsune Claw +, Bubblefoam +, Mizutsune Tail, Mizutsune Plate, Mizutsune Water Orb, Mizutsune Fin +, Wyvern Tear, and Large Wyvern Tear.
