Treasure In The Steam Optional Quest Monster Hunter World Iceborne

Our next Optional Quest in Monster Hunter World is the quest, Treasure In The Steam. We’re headed off to the Hoarfrost Reach to deliver 2 Hot Spring Stones.

Duuuuuuude! I got these sick drafts cooked up! Just, uh, they need a few more tweaks. Yo, help me out with this quest, and stuff, and you can get a special ticket. Pretty sweet, right?

This quest also features a Legiana, Shrieking Legiana, Tigrex, and Banbaro. So try to avoid drawing the attention of any of them during the quest. Bringing the Ghillie Mantle is a great way to avoid having to deal with any of them.

You should already have a set from previous Delivery quests, but if you don’t consider making a set of Kulu-Ya-Ku Vanbraces, for the Pro Transporter skill. It will make these quests much simpler.

Start at the Camp in area 5 and head to the Hot Springs in area 13. The Hot Spring Stones are at the far end of the Hot Springs. Throw on the Ghillie Mantle prior to collecting the first and then proceed back the way you came to the Camp back in Area 5. With the Pro Transporter skill and Ghillie Mantle you should have zero issues making this run. If you’re confident enough you can deliver the second on straight after the first or wait a few minutes for the Ghillie Mantle to be usable again first.
