Our next quest in Monster Hunter Rise is the 1-Star Hub Quest, No Cure For The Common Baggi. We’re off to the Frost Islands to slay a Great Baggi. You’ll find the location of the Great Baggi highlighted on the map so he’ll be no issue to track down.

Monster Hunter Rise
Great Baggi is a large Bird Wyvern found primarily in the Frost Islands. It is weak to Fire, Water, and Thunder elements.
Its breath attacks can inflict the sleep status effect, bring Energy Drinks with you to help ward it off, or just try to avoid the attacks. Great Baggi just like the Great Izuchi shouldn’t pose much of a threat to you at this stage. It will travel in a pack with multiple smaller Baggi monsters, take them out first to make the fight much easier.
Carves, Drops, and Rewards for slaying a Low-Rank Great Baggi can include; Great Baggi Hide, Great Baggi Claw, King’s Crest, Sleep Sac, Monster Bone M, and Wyvern Tear.
