Our next quest in Monster Hunter Rise is the 2-Star Hub Quest, The Flooding Flooded Forest. We’re off to the Flooded Forest to hunt a Royal Ludroth. You’ll find the location of the Royal Ludroth highlighted on the map so he’ll be no issue to track down.
It’s utter chaos! Out couriers are under attack from a Royal Ludroth and its mates! “Mates” as in females, by the way, not frie — wait, that doesn’t even — Look, we just need you to hunt that Royal Ludroth ASAP!
Monster Hunter Rise
Royal Ludroth is a Leviathan Class Large Monster found in the Flooded Forest and Lava Caverns. It is weak to Fire, Thunder, and Ice elements.
The Royal Ludroth shouldn’t give you too much of a problem to take down, just remember its HP pool is substantially higher than in the Village Quest version of this hunt. Try to make use of its elemental weakness to Fire and Thunder to make the fight go a little faster, if at all possible, fight it on land in order to limit some of its abilities and mobility.
