Blue, Round, And Cute – Monster Hunter Rise
Our next quest in Monster Hunter Rise is the 4-Star Hub Quest; Blue, Round, And Cute. We’re off to the Shrine Ruins to capture an Arzuros. You’ll find the location of the Arzuros highlighted on the map so he’ll be no issue to track down.
You there! Tell me, don’t you think Arzuros are the cutest!? Fuzzy blue fur, a soft tubby belly; what I wouldn’t give to hug ’em! Sooo, can you capture one for m- Whaddya mean, “only if I promise not to hug it?”
Monster Hunter Rise
Arzuros is a Fanged Beast type Monster found in the Shrine Ruins and Flooded Forest. It is weak to Fire, Ice, and Thunder elemental damage.
Remember that this quest is to capture Arzuros. That means you’ll need to come equipped with traps and tranq bombs. Wait until Arzuros starts to limp and retreat away from the fight before you try to capture him. In Monster Hunter Rise, they’ve added a great small blue icon below the image of the monster, on the top right of the screen that means the monster is now capturable.
You’ve fought Arzuros many times by now so none of his tactics should be a surprise. Remember he will try to pinch any honey you happen to have on you during the fight as well.
Carves, Drops, and Rewards for slaying a High-Rank Arzuros can include; Arzuros Carapace, Arzuros Pelt +, Arzuros Brace +, Stoutbone, Honey, Beast Gem, Beast Tear, Large Beast Tear, Sushifish, and Goldenfish.
