Electrifying Epiphany – Monster Hunter Rise
Our next quest in Monster Hunter Rise is the 5-Star Quest, Electrifying Epiphany. We’re off to the Shrine Ruins to hunt a Zinogre. You’ll find the location of the Zinogre highlighted on the map so he’ll be no issue to track down.

Monster Hunter Rise
Zinogre is a Fanged Wyvern Class Monster found in the Shrine Ruins and Flooded Forest. It is weak to Ice, Water, and Fire elemental damage.
Throughout the fight, Zinogre will attempt to reach its charged state. Reaching it will make him faster, stronger, and give him access to additional attacks. Stunning him or knocking him down will sometimes result in him leaving this charged state. Be aware that he also becomes immune to shock traps during his charged state. Try to exploit his elemental weaknesses to boost your damage and keep him from reaching his charged state.
Carves, Drops, and Rewards for slaying a Low-Rank Zinogre can include; Zinogre Shell, Zinogre Shockfur, Zinogre Shocker, Zinogre Tail, Fulgurbug, Zinogre Plate, Zinogre Horn, Zinogre Claw, and Wyvern Tear.
