Hermit Of The Swamp – Monster Hunter Rise
Our next quest in Monster Hunter Rise is the 6-Star Quest, Hermit Of The Swamp. We’re off to the Shrine Ruins to hunt an Almudron. You’ll find the location of the Almudron highlighted on the map so he’ll be no issue to track down.
An Almudron is makin’ a real mess of things in the Shrine Ruins. They usually just keep to themselves up in the mountains… Could just be another effect of the Rampage. Either way, we can’t let it get any closer to the village. Now get to it!
Monster Hunter Rise
Almudron is a Leviathan Class Monster found in the Shrine Ruins, Sandy Plains, and Flooded Forest. It is weak to Fire, Ice, and Thunder elemental damage.
Your first point of focus should be on damaging the tail of Almudron, doing this will weaken its attack power. It has the ability to damage you, if you come close to any gold-colored mud that may be around it, try not to stay near any of this as it will just eat away at your Health.
Carves, Drops, and Rewards for slaying a Low-Rank Almudron can include; Almudron Scale, Almudron Shell, Almudron Fin, Almudron Whisker, Almudron Tail, Golden Muck, Almudron Plate, Almudron Claw, and Wyvern Tear.
