Skies Flash, Clouds Boom – Monster Hunter Rise
Our next quest in Monster Hunter Rise is the 6-Star Hub Quest; Skies Flash, Clouds Boom. We’re off to the Shrine Ruins to hunt a Zinogre. You’ll find the location of the Zinogre highlighted on the map so she’ll be no issue to track down.

Monster Hunter Rise
Zinogre is a Fanged Wyvern Class Monster found in the Shrine Ruins and Flooded Forest. It is weak to Ice, Water, and Fire elemental damage.
Bring armor resistant to Thunder and ideally an Ice weapon to make fighting Zinogre go alittle more smoothly. Once he enters a charged state you’ll need to either wait it out or stagger him to end it prematurely. While charged, he will gain new attacks, faster movement, and hit much harder than before. Traps are only recommended to be used on Zinogre while he out of his charged state, he is immune to Shock Traps while charged.
Carves, Drops, and Rewards for slaying a High-Rank Zinogre can include; Zinogre Carapace, Zinogre Electrofur, Zinogre Shocker +, Zinogre Tail, Fulgurbug, Zinogre Plate, Zinogre Jasper, Zinogre Horn +, Zinogre Claw +, Wyvern Tear, and Large Wyvern Tear.
