You'll find the locations of these small insects highlighted on the map, so they'll be easy enough to track down. Altaroth are the Ant-like insects with the glowing orbs on their backs that you'll see in groups of 2-3 usually wandering the map. Bnahabra are the flying wasp-like creatures you'll encounter on the map.
