Can’t Stomach The Thought – Monster Hunter Rise
Our next quest in Monster Hunter Rise is the 3-Star Quest, Can’t Stomach The Thought. We’re off to the Frost Islands to hunt a Tetranadon. You’ll find the location of the Tetranadon highlighted on the map so he’ll be no issue to track down.
During a survey of the Frost Islands, I was attacked by a Tetranadon and found myself inside its gut! I managed to escape, but others might not be so lucky. Please hunt it before someone gets eaten!
Monster Hunter Rise
Tetranadon is a large Amphibian Monster found primarily in the Shrine Ruins, Frost Islands, and Lava Caverns. It is weak to Thunder, Fire, and Ice elements.
Tetranadon has two different states during a fight, the first he moves on all fours and the second is when he stands up on his back legs, sticking out his belly. He triggers this second state by consuming something. This standing state will also boost his attack power considerably, while he is like this you can attack his belly to make him cough up whatever he ate, and return him to normal.
Carves, Drops and Rewards for slaying a Low-Rank Tetranadon can include; Tetranadon Hide, Tetra Carapace, Tetranadon Beak, Aqua Sac, Jumbo Bone, Tetranadon Disc, and Shiny Nacre.
