Skies Are Gray – Monster Hunter Rise
Our next quest in Monster Hunter Rise is the 6-Star Hub Quest, Skies Are Gray. We’re off to the Flooded Forest to hunt a Tobi-Kadachi. You’ll find the location of the Tobi-Kadachi highlighted on the map so it will be no issue to track down.
When the skies cloud over, ya think there’s rain on the way, don’tcha? Well, this time, it weren’t no storm, it was a dang Tobi-Kadachi! Can’t do no fishin’ when you’re gettin’ zapped in the rear every other minute! I want that varmint gone, hear me!?
Monster Hunter Rise
Tobi-Kadachi is a Fanged Wyvern Class Monster found in the Shrine Ruins and Flooded Forest. It is weak to Water, Fire, and Ice elemental damage.
If you can find the endemic life called the Mudbeetle in the Flooded Forest, you can use it to inflict Waterblight on Tobi-Kadachi. Waterblight will prevent him from being able to charge his fur and reach his charged status, where he becomes faster and stronger.
Carves, Drops, and Rewards for slaying a High-Rank Tobi-Kadachi can include; Tobi-Kadachi Pelt +, Tobi-Kadachi Scale +, Tobi-Kadachi Membrane, Tobi-Kadachi Claw +, Tobi-Kadachi Electrode +, Thunder Sac, Wyvern Gem, Wyvern Tear, and Large Wyvern Tear.
